I love doing custom orders!

Placing a custom order with me is as easy as can be. I want to help you get exactly what you want. You should know that there is no hidden or extra cost for doing custom orders. If you're looking to get something similar to an item in my shop you can expect the cost to be about the same (difference in price will be based on changes you request). Also, for most custom orders placed with me, there is NO OBLIGATION TO BUY if you are unhappy with the item I've created for you. (Personalized items, or those requiring special materials may not be eligable for no obligation)

Most of my custom orders are for bags and purses, but I've filled orders for all kinds of different things, from custom cosplay costumes to giant appliques for a bedspread! If it can be sewn, I'll give it a try!

So here's how it goes:

 

Step One: Contact me with your Custom Order Request.

Send me an email at LauPre@Gmail.com or Convo me through Etsy with your etsy account. This can be as simple or as detailed as you like. Just let me know that you'd like to start a custom order, what you'd like, and some details about what you want. Step Two: I'll Contact you

I'll get back to you as soon as possible (generally within 12-24 hours) and let you know if I can take your custom order. I'll probably have a few questions for you but I should be able to provide you with a price quote, timeline, and answer any questions you have asked

 

Step Three: Construction Zone

Once we have decided on the design and details of the order I will begin work on it. Projects similar to the ones I offer for sale can generally be completed in 1-3 days. Larger, more complex, or unique orders may take a little longer.

 

Step Four: Submitted for your approval

When your custom order is complete I will provide you with a written description and plenty of photos. This is your chance to approve, or request changes on your item.

 

Step Five: Payment and Shipping

I offer two choices for you to choose from to make your payment for a custom order. I can post your custom order for you to purchase through LauPre.Etsy.com or I can send an invoice directly to your email address through Paypal. Once payment is received your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours (expect delivery in 2-3 business days)
